I'm pretty sure it's the new Ghost in the Shell, Arise . There's a four-part film series already out, and an actual televised anime will be starting this season.

If you're interested, the original Ghost in the Shell TV anime - Stand Alone Complex - is well worth a watch. It's a separate continuity. There's an older film series, too, but I've never gotten around to watching it.
